Exhale Designs was born from the rapid success of Exhale Vacation Rentals, founded in 2023 by Elona Diamond. What began as Elona’s personal investment journey quickly evolved into a full-scale, high-performing property management company. After she and her husband purchased a home in Boynton Beach with the goal of creating a luxury vacation property, they struggled to find a true all-in-one solution that met their standards. Rather than settle, Elona built the infrastructure herself, combining elevated design, strategic marketing, and operational excellence, and the property achieved immediate success.
As the Exhale Vacation Rentals portfolio grew, homeowners repeatedly asked for help transforming their own properties into high-performing short-term rentals. It became clear that exceptional design isn’t just a “nice to have”, it’s essential to maximizing rental income and long-term value. With a discerning eye for refined, functional style and a carefully curated network of reliable contractors who do excellent work and actually show up, Elona launched Exhale Designs to meet that demand.
Backed by nearly two decades of corporate experience maximizing profitability and generating over $9 million in new revenue, Elona brings both financial acumen and creative vision to every project.
